About

The AI food scanner that actually gets homemade meals right.

Mission

The AI food scanner that actually gets homemade meals right.

Photo a meal, get identified foods with grams, then macros and micros from USDA. Built for real plates: home-cooked, composed, messy, not just packaged snacks. Trust the numbers, edit what is wrong, and use them against your own targets.

How it works

Photo, Manual, or Barcode. We estimate portions, ground nutrients in USDA, and keep history on this device. Soft diet flags in Settings add advisory notes only. Community posts are optional and anonymous.

What we stand for

  • Homemade meals first

Composed and layered dishes are where photo AI usually drifts. Ambiguity chips, confidence signals, and USDA rematch keep those meals usable.

  • USDA depth you can see

Matches come from FoodData Central, with the FDC id on the label. Vitamins and minerals sit beside macros. No mystery score standing in for nutrition.

  • Edits that stick

Fix grams, rematch a food, or pick a better USDA row. Corrections stay put. Confirm the same pick twice and we reuse it on this device.

  • On track, not in care

Jobs we serve: “What did I just eat?” and “Am I roughly on track?” Bars and notes are guides. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or run a coach chat.

Positioning

We compete on accuracy for real food, USDA depth, edits that stick, and a fair free tier. Not feature sprawl or ad spend.

Pricing

Three lifetime free scans, then $4.99/month for unlimited. Free to try for real. Pay for unlimited, with USDA depth and edits that stick. Export or clear your history anytime in Settings.

Questions or press: use Feedback from Results, or add an email in Settings. No dietitian chat, no social network. Those stay out of scope for now.
